Prohibits employers from requiring employees to reenact workplace injuries that resulted in loss of life or injury.

Expands employment discrimination protections to include gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation as protected classes alongside existing protections for race, color, religion, sex, marital status, age, and national origin.

Strengthens labor organizing rights by prohibiting retaliation, harassment, and intimidation against employees seeking to join labor organizations, and requires employers to allow labor organizations one hour to present to new employees.

Protects employee safety by requiring employers to notify workers when a safety violation or danger is reported and prohibiting employers from requiring employees to work until violations are corrected.

Establishes that employer policies cannot supersede valid provisions of collective bargaining agreements.
