Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2916 to clarify that "electronic communication" includes social media posts in addition to phone calls, text messages, instant messages, and email.

Maintains existing prohibitions against using electronic communications to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass specific persons through obscene language, threats of physical harm, or repeated unwanted communications.

Clarifies that offenses are deemed committed at either the place of origin or place of receipt of the communications.

Confirms the statute does not apply to constitutionally protected speech or activity authorized by law.

Violation remains classified as a class 1 misdemeanor.
