Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-821 to allow historical society chapters to seek contributions to and spend monies from a chapter building enhancement fund.

Establishes a historical society chapter building enhancement fund for each chapter organized by the board of directors, consisting of donations, gifts, and contributions to the chapter.

Permits chapters to deposit all monies from donations for building enhancement and proceeds from building operations into the fund, which is continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing appropriations under section 35-190.

Allows chapters to use fund monies to acquire, enhance, and maintain buildings and facilities, including entering into arrangements with designated historical organizations as determined by the chapter.

Requires each chapter to submit an annual report by December 1 to the Arizona Historical Society accounting for all monies received, their sources, spending purposes, and projections for upcoming fiscal year use.
