Amends the definition of "real estate broker" in section 32-2101 to clarify that a person who is not a licensee may collect in-person rent and related fees on behalf of a real estate broker or salesperson as part of clerical duties, provided a receipt is given upon payment.

Adds a new exemption in section 32-2122(D) allowing non-licensees to collect in-person rent and related fees for real estate use as part of clerical work when employed by a licensee, on behalf of the licensee, with receipt provided.

Makes technical corrections to Arizona Revised Statutes sections 32-2101 and 32-2122, including grammar and style updates throughout the definitions and licensing requirements.
