Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 35-452 regarding authorization of indebtedness through elections.

Removes requirement that bond counsel fees and financial advisory fees can be paid from authorized bond amounts, allowing them to be paid only from current operating funds or the authorized amount.

Clarifies that bond election expenses must be paid exclusively from current operating funds, not from bond proceeds.

Updates statutory cross-reference from section 16-204, subsection B, paragraph 1, subdivision (d) to subsection F for election timing provisions.
