Amends section 37-1054 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the powers of natural resource conservation districts.

Expands district authority to include eradicating invasive vegetation in addition to noxious growths on agricultural and grazing lands.

Updates statutory language for clarity, including grammatical revisions such as changing "the eradication of" to "eradicating" and "the conservation of" to "conserving."

Preserves all existing district powers related to soil conservation, watershed improvement, land management, equipment availability, comprehensive planning, and financial management.
