Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-862 regarding advisory boards for building code enforcement in counties.

Changes language from "at least members" to "a member" from each required category (architect, engineer, general contractor, public representative, and electrical/mechanical/plumbing trade person).

Standardizes terminology by replacing "the state of Arizona" with "this state" when referring to professional licensing requirements for architects, engineers, and contractors.

Maintains existing provisions for advisory board composition of 5-7 members appointed by the board of supervisors with staggered four-year terms.

Preserves provisions allowing counties and cities/towns to specify appointment procedures through intergovernmental agreements for code enforcement contracts.
