Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 21-122 regarding jury expenses for food, lodging, and other necessities.

Removes the requirement that the county pay for jury expenses during trial or deliberation by striking "at the expense of the county" from the statute.

Maintains that expenses remain a county charge in criminal cases and are assessed against the losing party in civil cases.

Clarifies that courts shall provide jury with suitable food, lodging and reasonable necessities without specifying the funding source in the opening language.
