Makes grammatical and technical corrections throughout the definitions section, including changing "utilizes" to "uses" and "such" to "the" in various contexts.

Updates the definition of "manufacturer" to specify "who is engaged" rather than just "engaged."

Maintains all other definitions related to manufactured housing, mobile homes, dealers, brokers, installers, and related terms under the Arizona manufactured housing regulatory framework.
