Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2901 to modify the income eligibility threshold for pregnant women in the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Changes the maximum family income limit for eligible pregnant women from 150 percent to 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.

Updates the definition of "eligible person" under AHCCCS to reflect the new pregnant women income threshold.

Maintains existing eligibility definitions for other covered populations including children under age 6 and youth under age 19.
