Requires the Arizona Department of Health Services to submit a report by December 31, 2021, to the governor, legislature leadership, and relevant committees regarding newborn screening program expansion.

Report must evaluate adding tests for disorders listed on the federal recommended uniform screening panel that are not currently included in Arizona's newborn screening program.

Evaluation must include assessment of how many newborn infants in Arizona are affected by each disorder, available testing methodologies, and technological challenges to implementation.

Report must specify the cost to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System for adding each disorder's test and identify possible cost savings methods.

Section expires and is repealed June 30, 2022.
