Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 3-123 regarding cooperative agricultural extension work.

Removes outdated language referring to "the universities and state college of Arizona" and replaces it with reference to the "Arizona board of regents."

Maintains the core purpose of agricultural extension work, defined as providing practical demonstrations and information in agriculture and home economics through field demonstrations, publications, and other methods.

Preserves the requirement that extension work be conducted through mutual agreement between the Arizona board of regents and county agricultural extension boards.
