Amends A.R.S. § 15-1231 to change the "Career and Technical Education and Vocational Education Projects Fund" to the "Career and Technical Education Projects Fund" by removing references to vocational education.

Expands permitted uses of the fund to include expenses related to approved Department of Education career and technical student organizations, including costs for events, conferences, or competitions.

Adds requirement that all purchases from the career and technical education projects fund must comply with state procurement practices outlined in Title 15, Chapter 2, Article 1.

Increases flexibility for equipment and services purchases by removing the previous $5,000 annual limit on equipment purchases and allowing purchases of services in addition to materials and equipment.

Maintains the $100,000 annual fund cap, with excess monies reverting to the school maintenance and operation fund at fiscal year-end.
