Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2006 to correct a statutory citation from "8-249" to "8-343" regarding alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment programs.

Authorizes the Department of Health Services to monitor alcohol and other drug screening, education, and treatment programs and facilities used under specified sections of Arizona law.

Requires the Department of Health Services to adopt rules establishing standards for approval and referrals to alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment facilities.

Mandates the Department establish a standardized screening assessment and set reporting and record-keeping requirements for alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment facilities.
