Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1303 to change the name of the institution from "the Arizona state school for the deaf and the blind" to "the Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind" (plural).

Replaces outdated pronouns "which" with "that" in two sections describing the corporation's authority to convert property received by gift, purchase, or devise.

Makes technical grammatical corrections to modernize statutory language while maintaining the substance of the law governing the public corporation.

The Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind remains a body corporate with perpetual succession, a corporate seal, and property exempt from all taxes and assessments.
