AZ HB2468

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-201 to prohibit county boards of supervisors from rejecting or interfering with law enforcement or prosecution agencies' receipt of federal grant monies, award monies, and other supplemental funding.

Creates new section 11-269.27 requiring county boards of supervisors to accept federal grants, awards, and other funding for law enforcement or prosecution agencies if the agency is eligible and qualified for the funding.

Protects law enforcement and prosecution agencies' ability to independently obtain and utilize federal supplemental funding without county board interference or rejection based on budget determination authority.
