Establishes an unmanned aircraft study committee consisting of five Arizona House members appointed by the Speaker, with three from the majority party and two from the minority party.

Committee shall identify beneficial uses of unmanned aircraft, examine economic opportunities associated with their use, and review federal government regulation of commercial unmanned aircraft operations.

Committee must submit findings and recommendations to the Speaker and Secretary of State on or before December 31, 2020.

Committee is repealed effective September 30, 2021.
