Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-925 to expand campaign finance disclosure requirements for corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations making independent expenditures.

Requires advertisements funded by these entities to disclose the four largest funding sources (instead of three for political action committees) and their contribution amounts, with special notation for out-of-state contributors.

Mandates that corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations making independent expenditures and accepting donations file campaign finance reports with the filing officer.

Maintains existing disclosure format requirements for various advertisement types (broadcast, mail, electronic, signs, television/video).

Applies exemptions to social media messages, small graphic links, bumper stickers, separate segregated fund solicitations, member-only communications, and published books or documentaries.
