Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-916 to require corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations to register and notify filing officers within one day of making contributions exceeding specified thresholds to influence candidate elections.

Establishes tiered contribution thresholds: $5,000 or more in statewide races, $2,500 or more in legislative races, and $1,000 or more in single county/city/town/local races.

Requires registration to include entity name and address, plus name, title, email, and phone number of the person authorizing the contribution.

Requires notifications to include contribution amount, recipient entity, candidate name and race, support or opposition designation, and contribution date.

Establishes civil penalties of up to three times the total contributions for failures to register or notify, and classifies knowingly false filings as class 1 misdemeanors.
