Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 6-122 to add examination requirements for enterprises, consumer lenders, and premium finance companies.

Requires the Superintendent of the Financial Institutions Division to examine or cause examination of enterprises, consumer lenders, and premium finance companies at least once every five years to ensure compliance with 10 United States Code section 987 (military lending protections).

Modifies existing examination authority by carving out an exception for paragraph 8 in the discretionary examination provision for enterprises and consumer lenders.

Maintains existing examination frequencies for banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations, and escrow agents without changes.
