Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-450.02 to expand protections against retaliation for health professionals who report concerns at health care institutions.

Extends retaliation protections to cover actions by health care institution third-party contractors, in addition to the institution itself.

Defines "third-party contractor" as entities contracted by health care institutions to provide health care services or hire health professionals.

Maintains the existing 180-day rebuttable presumption that terminations or adverse actions occurring more than 180 days after a report are presumed non-retaliatory.

Enforcement remains limited to provisions within this chapter, except as provided in section 23-1501, subsection A, paragraph 3.
