Establishes a resiliency planning group with representatives from 10 interest areas including electric power generation, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, tourism, nonprofits, Native American tribes, and state and local government.

Governor appoints 3 members; the speaker of the house, senate president, and both minority party leaders each appoint 8 members from among the designated interest areas.

Group shall develop a resiliency plan to protect or improve Arizona's human populations and natural and economic systems against climate change risks.

Group must submit findings and recommendations report to the governor, senate president, and house speaker by August 31, 2021, with a copy provided to the secretary of state.

Group members receive no compensation; the group is repealed effective March 31, 2022.
