AZ HB2569

Authorizes child safety workers and child safety investigators to enter schools that serve children with disabilities to investigate reports of abuse of those children at the school.

Defines "child" as either an individual under 18 years of age or an individual at least 18 and under 23 years of age enrolled in high school.

Defines "child with a disability" as a child identified under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, identified by a school district or third party as having a disability under Arizona education code, eligible for services under Arizona education code, or defined as disabled under 42 U.S.C. Section 12102.
