Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to define unprofessional conduct for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who perform pelvic examinations on anesthetized or unconscious patients without informed consent.

Permits pelvic examinations on anesthetized or unconscious patients without separate informed consent only when the examination is within the scope of a surgical procedure or diagnostic examination for which consent has already been obtained.

Allows pelvic examinations on unconscious patients without prior consent only if medically necessary for diagnostic purposes.

Applies to licensed physicians under chapters 13 or 17, licensed nurse practitioners under chapter 15, and licensed physician assistants under chapter 25 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
