Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-604 to regulate nighttime operations of outdoor shooting ranges in residential areas and near schools, hotels, motels, hospitals, or churches.

Prohibits outdoor shooting ranges in specified zones from operating between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (changed from previous 7:00 a.m. closing time).

Exempts law enforcement, military, and armed nuclear security guard training ranges from the nighttime operating restrictions.

Requires exempted ranges to provide public notice by posting schedules in four public locations within one mile of the range's exterior boundaries each calendar quarter, including the operating times and purpose of nighttime operations.

Mandates that nighttime operations by exempt ranges must comply with nighttime noise standards under Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-602.
