Amends section 36-2981 of Arizona Revised Statutes to increase the income eligibility threshold for the children's health insurance program.

Raises the maximum gross household income limit from 200 percent of the federal poverty level to 250 percent of the federal poverty level, effective October 1, 2020.

Expands eligibility for children under 19 years of age to participate in the program.

Changes the definition of "member" to include those whose household income meets the new 250 percent threshold beginning October 1, 2020 and for each fiscal year thereafter.
