• Expands the definition of "eligible person" entitled to privacy protections across multiple statutes to include hearing officers appointed pursuant to section 28-1553.

• Extends confidentiality protections for home addresses, telephone numbers, and identifying information maintained by county recorders, county assessors, county treasurers, and the department of transportation to cover hearing officers.

• Adds hearing officers to the list of individuals protected under statutes prohibiting the unauthorized release of personal information on the internet and requiring redaction of identifying information from public records.

• Amends definitions of "prosecutor" in multiple sections to explicitly include "current or former" prosecutors rather than just prosecutors in active service.

• Makes conforming changes to "commissioner" definitions to specify "superior or municipal court" commissioners and updates related definitions across sections 11-483, 11-484, 13-2401, 16-153, 28-454, 39-123, and 39-124.
