Requires each public school and local education agency in Arizona to post their most recent civil rights data collection survey information reported to the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights on their website.

Prohibits posting of any data protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, requiring schools to redact protected information before publication.

Applies to all Arizona public schools and local education agencies without exception.
