Creates civil liability for persons who engage in trafficking or knowingly benefit from ventures that traffic people, allowing trafficking victims to sue for damages.

Entitles prevailing claimants to actual damages (including mental anguish), court costs, reasonable attorney fees, and allows recovery of exemplary damages.

Establishes joint and several liability among multiple persons found liable for trafficking, and allows shareholders, members, or partners of entities to be held jointly and severally liable if they caused the entity to be used for trafficking for their direct personal benefit.

Permits civil liability regardless of criminal acquittal, prosecution, or conviction status, and supplements other existing legal remedies and common law rights.

Applies to any legal entity governed by Arizona's corporate or partnership statutes (Titles 10 and 29).
