Extends the sunset date of the motorcycle safety fund from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2025, allowing continued deposits of motorcycle registration fees into the fund.

Maintains the requirement that $1 from each motorcycle registration fee collected under section 28-2003 be deposited into the motorcycle safety fund through the extended date.

Authorizes the Director of the Governor's Office of Highway Safety to use fund monies for voluntary motorcycle education, awareness, training programs, and materials related to motorcycle safety.

Allows up to 10 percent of fund monies to be used for administrative costs, with remaining funds subject to legislative appropriation.

Fund receives investment income from the State Treasurer and accepts gifts, grants, and other donations to supplement the $1 per registration fee deposits.
