Removes the requirement that AHCCCS annually redetermine eligibility for "prior wards of the state" and instead automatically renews eligibility annually until age 26, except when the individual notifies the agency of changed circumstances.

Allows AHCCCS to automatically renew eligibility without requiring additional information from the individual during their eligibility period.

Permits AHCCCS to use reliable information available to the agency, including electronic data matches, to determine state residency for eligibility purposes.

Applies to individuals eligible under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2901, paragraph 6, subdivision (a), item (iii), which covers individuals who were previously wards of the state.
