Authorizes the Arizona Secretary of State and Attorney General to assist persons registered to vote with federal-only ballots to reregister with proof of citizenship as required by Section 16-166.

Grants the Secretary of State and Attorney General access to the statewide voter registration database to identify voters who registered without proof of citizenship.

Allows these officials to obtain and compare information from other state and multistate databases (such as driver license records) to determine whether registrants have provided proof of citizenship for other purposes.

Requires notification to identified persons of their opportunity to reregister with proof of citizenship and requests their reregistration.
