Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-3413 regarding traffic survival school licensing requirements.

Corrects terminology by changing "per cent" to "percent" in two instances within subsection C.

Requires applicants who own 20% or more of a traffic survival school entity to provide a valid fingerprint clearance card issued under section 41-1758.03.

Applies fingerprint clearance card requirement to both individual owners with 20%+ ownership and partners or stockholders with 20%+ ownership stakes seeking licensure.
