• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-883 regarding parking privileges for persons with disabilities.

• Authorizes the Director to enter into agreements with other jurisdictions (including foreign countries) to extend parking privileges for residents with permanent disabilities and to recognize disability placards and special plates issued by other jurisdictions.

• Requires Arizona to automatically grant the same parking privileges to nonresidents displaying valid disability placards or special plates from other states or foreign countries, even without a written reciprocity agreement in place.
