Amends Section 28-2428 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding military support special plates issued by the Department of Transportation.

Changes references from "veterans' donation fund" to "veterans' donations fund" (grammatical correction from singular to plural form).

Military support special plates cost $25 per original issuance and renewal, with $8 designated as a special plate administration fee and $17 as an annual donation.

Department of Transportation shall deposit administration fees to the state highway fund and donation collections to the veterans' donations fund established by Section 41-608.

Allows military support special plates to be combined with personalized special plates at the director's discretion, with personalized plate fees applied in addition to military support plate fees.
