Amends Arizona law to change the title of chapter 28 from "Dating Referral Services" to "Dating Services"

Expands definitions in statute to include new terms: "banned member," "fraud ban," "member," "member in this state," and "online dating service provider"

Requires online dating service providers to notify members in Arizona who previously received messages from members subject to fraud bans within 24 hours (or up to 3 days if needed)

Notification must include the banned member's username or profile identifier, warning about false identity or fraud risk, advisory against sending money or financial information, and a hyperlink to fraud prevention information

Provides liability protection for online dating service providers regarding notification means, timing, or disclosure of ban information, and preserves existing protections under federal law
