Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-775 to require traffic survival schools to include educational information about approaching police vehicles and stationary vehicles displaying warning lights.

Mandates the Arizona Department of Transportation include information about police vehicle approach requirements and stationary vehicle safety in examination, information, and education materials.

Requires the Department of Transportation to educate the public through public service announcements about proper conduct when approaching police vehicles with activated lights and sirens or stationary vehicles with warning lights.

Establishes that drivers must maintain at least 300 feet distance behind police vehicles in emergency situations and change lanes when safely possible when approaching stationary vehicles with flashing lights.

Effective date: December 31, 2020.
