Establishes civil liability for physical invasion of privacy when a person knowingly enters another's land or airspace without permission to capture visual images, sound, or physical impressions of someone engaged in private activities in an offensive manner.

Creates liability for constructive invasion of privacy when a person attempts to capture visual images, sound, or physical impressions of another in private activities using devices without physically trespassing, if the capture would have been impossible without trespassing.

Applies only to visual images, sound, or physical impressions captured in Arizona on or after December 31, 2020.

Exempts law enforcement personnel and government agency employees acting within the scope of employment with articulable suspicion conducting investigations into suspected illegal activity, administrative violations, fraud, or public welfare concerns.

Defines "private, personal or familial activity" to include intimate personal details, family interactions, residential property activities, and other private affairs where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.
