Bars health profession regulatory boards from granting religious exemptions to the conversion therapy prohibition.

Defines "conversion therapy" as any practice seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity, including changing behaviors, gender expressions, or eliminating same-gender attractions.

Excludes from the definition treatments that assist with gender transition or provide support and acceptance without seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity.
