Allows individuals not prohibited by federal or state law to possess firearms in public accommodation buildings unless specifically prohibited by the owner, tenant, or agent, or unless prohibited under existing statute sections 4-229 or 13-3102.

Permits carrying firearms either concealed or visibly in public accommodations unless otherwise restricted by law.

Prohibits civil liability for persons using justified deadly physical force under Arizona law, and shields building owners or tenants from liability for acts of persons lawfully using deadly force.

Allows owners, tenants, or their agents to establish rules, guidelines, policies, or regulations regarding firearm possession in their buildings or structures.

Defines "public accommodation buildings or structures" to include those owned by religious organizations, nonprofits affiliated with religious organizations, and public or private hotels, restaurants, theaters, and museums.
