Permits issuers to maintain conduct and behavior policies, establish purchase quantity limits, and revoke season tickets for venue policy violations, fraud concerns, or safety issues.

Prohibits penalizing or discriminating against ticket buyers or sellers solely because a ticket was resold or resold on a specific ticket platform.

Requires ticket sellers to notify purchasers of the ticket's purchase price before purchase occurs and designates violations as unlawful practices enforceable by the attorney general.
