Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-551 to add spina bifida as a condition that qualifies as a developmental disability.

Spina bifida is defined as a neural tube defect occurring when a person's neural tube fails to develop or close properly before birth, with severity depending on factors including the size of the spinal opening and location on the spine.

Adds spina bifida to the list of conditions (cognitive disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and autism) to which a severe, chronic disability must be attributable to qualify as a developmental disability under Arizona law.
