• Repeals sections 41-3020.04, 41-3020.05, 41-3020.08, and 41-3020.12 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

• Establishes new termination dates for four state agencies: the Archaeology Advisory Commission (July 1, 2023), Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records (July 1, 2028), State Board on Geographic and Historic Names (July 1, 2028), and Board of Library Examiners (July 1, 2028).

• Repeals the statutory authority for each agency on January 1 of the year following their termination dates.

• Specifies the continuing purposes for each agency, including providing expert archaeological advice, library services, historical record preservation, and county librarian qualification assessments.
