• Allows students in grade nine to be included in career technical education district (CTED) student counts and funding if the program addresses workforce needs in agriscience, automotive technologies, construction technologies, manufacturing, or engineering.

• Makes technical corrections to section 15-393, Arizona Revised Statutes, including changing "shall consist" to "consists" and updating tax levy language from "five cents per one hundred dollars" to "$.05 per $100" assessed valuation.

• Appropriates $4,400,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of education for state aid to career technical education districts.
