Allows defensive driving schools to cancel in-person classes with at least 10 calendar days' advance notice.

Requires defensive driving schools to submit future course schedules (dates, times, instructors, locations) to the Supreme Court, with restrictions on instructor scheduling and course modifications except for extraordinary circumstances.
