Community colleges in Arizona must jointly conduct a study to determine the best methods for helping students learn about and apply for state and federal financial benefit programs.

Study stakeholders must include a governor's office representative, a community college president or chancellor, and a representative from an agency that distributes benefits.

Community colleges must submit a report detailing study findings and recommendations to the governor, legislative leadership, and relevant committee chairs by February 1, 2021.

"Community college" is defined according to Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1401.

This section is repealed effective December 31, 2021.
