• Establishes the Arizona election process study committee consisting of 7 members: one county representative, one county elections director, one city/town elections director, two House members from different parties, and two Senate members from different parties.

• Committee members serve without compensation and must review election processes including polling place operations, voting centers, provisional ballots, ballot tabulation, voter suppression claims, and Secretary of State compliance with election laws.

• Committee must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Secretary of State, and Attorney General by December 31, 2020.

• Committee is automatically repealed effective March 31, 2021.
