Allows defendants convicted under Arizona sexual offense laws who successfully complete probation to petition the court to terminate sex offender registration requirements.

Requires petitioner to be at least 35 years old at filing and to have been under 22 years old when the offense was committed.

Requires victim to have been at least 15 years old at time of offense, or was a peace officer posing as a minor, or was a fictitious minor.

Establishes multiple disqualifying factors including: violations of probation sex offender terms, subsequent felony convictions within 10 years, more than one victim, Department of Corrections imprisonment, or convictions for specific serious sexual offenses.

Places burden on the state to prove by preponderance of evidence that disqualifying factors exist, and allows court to deny petition based on best interests of justice or public safety.
