AZ HB2810

Authorizes the Department of Administration to place a Mormon migration monument in the governmental mall pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1363.

Requires procedures prescribed in section 41-1363, subsection B to apply to the monument's placement.

Prohibits use of public monies for monument costs; proponents are solely responsible for fundraising, artistic design, and construction contracts.

Repeals the authorization automatically on September 30, 2023.
