Allows constables to provide notice to persons subject to pending evictions advising them of the eviction and information that may assist them in the eviction process.

Requires that any notification or information provided by a constable must clearly state on its face that it is not a writ of restitution or execution.

Authorizes county boards of supervisors to reimburse constables for actual and necessary expenses incurred in providing eviction notices and information to affected persons.

Maintains existing prohibition on constables engaging in private process serving business outside of their official elected or appointed duties.
